Z axis motorized and controlled by the system
In b250Z series benchtop dot peen marking machine, the head is installed on a double column support with movement along the Z axis motorized and controlled by the system.
They are characterized by an extremely robust mechanics with toothed belt transmission system and recirculating ball carriages and also by a large marking area of 250 x 200 mm.
The LED lighting system of the worktop allows a clear view of the operations that are being carried out on the workpiece within the marking area.

Compact and simple to use, DOT6-b250Z can also be used with the self-learning sensor of the stylus distance. In this way the head is lowered along the Z axis until it reaches the surface to be marked and then returns back by the piece / stylus distance set by the user.
The electrically operated stylus with a diameter of 4 mm, operated at an adjustable frequency up to 100 Hz, allows a quick and precise identification of manageable components in an extremely limited space.

TOP6-b250Z is the high performance motorized Z axis bench marking system.
The great power of the 6 mm diameter stylus makes it effective for making extremely precise and deep markings.
3 or 6 mm diameter stylus can be installed on this device.
The pneumatic operation with a pressure of 6 bar, allows you to make markings up to half a millimeter in depth (even on steel) that are clearly legible even following a hot dip galvanizing or painting process.
