Electrolyte / Neutralyte for Electrolytic Marking Machines
Our electrolytes and neutralytes are from our own production and they are very rich: 1.000 ml of electrolyte is sufficient for approximately 30.000 electrolytic markings. Our application list shows which electrolyte to use on which materials.
Marking Stencils
Everything that is photo technically possible can be created: texts, figures, data, logos, arc lettering, the most sophisticated graphics, scales… – without restrictions!
The marking stencils are produced with the so-called silk screening technique. Here, the printing plate is replaced by a finely woven thread that is stretched in an aluminum frame.
Feature and advantage:
- Stencils with extraordinarily long service lives (approx. 2.000 - 5.000 markings)
- All technical photo-imaging possibilities,
without restrictions - Resolution: 1.200 dpi (laser quality)
- Stencil sizes up to 1.000 x 400 mm
