i170X dot peen marking machine for integration
i80 dot peen marking machine for integration
i100X dot peen marking machine for integration
OEM dot peen marking systems DOT6/TOP6 marking area:

BERMA marking machines for integration have been studied with the purpose of being easily integrated in other devices, production lines or team of robots.
The marking head is sturdy and it needs low maintenance.
The generous marking areas allow you to insert several lines of code on the component.

Marking area:
i50: 50 x 30 mm
i80: 80 x 30 mm
i100X: 100 x 80 mm
i170X: 170 x 110 mm
i200X: 200 x 200 mm

With this systems is possible to mark on every kind of materials, from plastic to hardened steel (up to 62HRC of superficial hardness).
The mechanics of this device is contained in a resistant aluminium case and the flexible leather bellows (optional) allow a continuous and intense use.
The integration take place through MODBUS-RTU, 24 VDC digital I/O port or ASCII protocol on serial port RS-232. Ethernet and Profinet are optional.

Marking machines for integration DOT6
Electromagnetic stylus

These systems for integration are easy to use and it are ideal for the identification of components inside auotomatized sistem.
They are equipped with an electromagnetic stylus with a 4 mm diameter that use a drive frequency up to 100 Hz. Thanks to the small dimensions they are the best solution for the user who needs to identify bulky components that don’t need surface treatment (painting, galvanization).

Marking machines for integration TOP6
Pneumatic stylus

They are high performance and powerful system ideal to do deep and precise markings.
It is possible to use stylus with 3, 6 or 16 mm diameter and thanks to the pneumatic drive with 6 bar pressure, it allows to do marking up to 0,6 mm deep on steel without heat treatment that can be visible also after painting or galvanization.

Feature and advantage:

  • Separated hardware with robotic cable
  • MODBUS RTU, ASCII protocol and 24 VDC digital I/O
  • Stand alone
  • USB, RS-232, TCP/IP (Wi-Fi) connections
  • Easy to use and program
  • Possibility of remote assistance
  • Identify3 PC Software included
  • Import of BMP, JPG, DXF, DWG, SVG
